Netcare invites you to be part of our journey in Durban. The Pharmacy Clerk is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and data integrity in the pharmacy or hospital environment, handling stock, invoicing, and supplier communications while supporting theatre, wards and finance teams.

Strong attention to detail and multitasking are essential, with SAP, Sigma and OrderCo experience preferred. This role requires flexibility to work across hospital divisions as needed.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 with stock control basics.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy stock and admin preferred.
• Ability to use SAP, Sigma and OrderCo systems.

Responsibilities

• Place and capture Non-DBO orders and assist stock receiving.
• Capture invoices and monitor outstanding GRVs with accuracy.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve price discrepancies and queries.
• Maintain stock transfers and ensure proper barcoding and reconciliation.
• Support theatre, wards and finance teams with admin duties.
