You will lead sourcing efforts across multiple channels, screen candidates technically, and partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent while maintaining strong candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in technical recruiting, focusing on IT and software development.
• Strong sourcing skills and proven success in placing software engineers, developers, data scientists, and related roles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and software development roles, including front-end, back-end, full-stack, mobile, and data science positions. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities. Conduct technical screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and team dynamics. Manage candidate pipelines, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Negotiate offers and facilitate the closing process for accepted candidates. Stay current with technology trends, programming languages, frameworks, and the competitive IT talent market. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Contribute to employer branding initiatives within the tech community.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in technical recruiting, focusing on IT and software development. Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for roles such as Software Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, Data Scientist, DevOps Engineer, etc. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, and tech stacks. Excellent sourcing skills, including advanced Boolean search techniques and experience with various recruitment platforms. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred. Passion for technology and a proactive approach to recruitment.
