Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing recruitment consultancy based in Centurion, Gauteng , is seeking a specialized Technical Recruitment Specialist to join their innovative team. This role is dedicated to sourcing and placing highly skilled professionals within the technology and engineering sectors. Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of technical positions, including software development, IT infrastructure, data science, and engineering roles. Develop a deep understanding of client technical requirements and organizational cultures. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and leveraging recruitment technologies. Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer acceptance. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market insights, and advise on recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing channels, including niche job boards, professional networks, and industry events, to attract top technical talent. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends within the tech and engineering industries to effectively recruit for specialized roles. Maintain accurate candidate records and manage recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, either in-house or within a recruitment agency. Demonstrable experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Developers, Data Analysts, Network Administrators, and various engineering disciplines. Strong understanding of technology concepts, programming languages, and IT infrastructure. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build rapport with technical professionals and understand their career aspirations. Experience using ATS and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field is advantageous. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
