As a fully remote employee, you will utilize your expertise in technical recruitment to build talent pipelines, engage with candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding their technical requirements and team dynamics.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies within the IT industry to inform recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to share best practices and support broader recruitment initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with exposure to the Pretoria, Gauteng market or similar tech hubs.
• Proven ability to source and attract niche technical talent, particularly in areas like software development, cloud computing, and data analytics.
• Proficiency with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent understanding of technical roles and required skill sets within the IT industry.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
