Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Artist in game development.
• Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Strong 3D modeling, texturing, rigging and animation basics.
• Shader development and material creation (HLSL/GLSL).
• Scripting familiarity (Python, C#) for tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize 2D and 3D art assets in the game engine.
• Develop and maintain art pipelines, tools, and workflows.
• Collaborate with designers and programmers to define tech art requirements.
• Create and optimize shaders, materials and visual effects.
• Troubleshoot rendering and engine performance issues.
• Profile and optimize game performance (frame rates, memory, asset loading).
