Placements24 is seeking a proactive Client Support Specialist focused on Technical Account Management in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. You will serve as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring success and satisfaction with our client's enterprise software solutions.

You will build strong relationships, understand client needs, address technical challenges, and collaborate with sales and engineering to optimize implementations and usage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support, client management or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical aptitude with enterprise systems and software solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical liaison for assigned enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand client needs and map them to product capabilities.
• Proactively identify and address technical issues and opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct regular technical reviews and health checks with clients.
• Provide guidance on best practices for product implementation and usage.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to ensure client success.
• Onboard new clients and guide them through setup and integration.
• Monitor usage and identify opportunities for upselling or increased adoption.
• Document client interactions, support cases, and account status.
