Qualifications include a CS/IT degree and 5+ years in technical support or engineering, with strong Windows/Linux/SQL skills, scripting and cloud awareness. On-site presence in Cape Town is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical support/engineering focusing on software.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, and SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support for enterprise software to Cape Town customers.
• Diagnose and resolve complex software issues including defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Serve as technical point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify bugs and influence product roadmap.
• Develop documentation and knowledge base articles for internal and external use.
• Mentor junior engineers and support staff.
