You will manage relationships with senior stakeholders and drive adoption of software solutions while coordinating with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management, sales or related role in enterprise software or tech
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and grow corporate accounts
• Proficiency with CRM software for reporting and account management

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts in Randburg and Johannesburg North
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Understand client objectives to identify opportunities for software solutions
• Drive adoption, retention and expansion of software services within accounts
• Conduct regular business reviews to maximize value of solutions
• Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation and support teams to ensure client success
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Achieve and exceed account revenue targets and client satisfaction metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors relevant to enterprise software
• Represent the client professionally in all interactions in Johannesburg North
