Placements24 in Midrand, Gauteng is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join their growing recruitment consultancy. You will source and engage IT and engineering talent, conduct screening calls, and align candidate capabilities with client requirements.

You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, manage end-to-end recruitment using ATS, stay abreast of technology trends, and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced tech ecosystem in Gauteng.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in technical IT or engineering recruitment.
• Knowledge of programming languages and IT infrastructure.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills for technical profiles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Gauteng tech job market is a plus.

Responsabilidades
