Placements24 in South Africa seeks a Specialist Technical Recruiter to identify and attract top tech talent across Gauteng. You will understand complex technical requirements, source niche skills, and manage candidate engagement from posting to onboarding.

You will partner with clients, source for software developers, IT infrastructure, data science and cybersecurity, conduct technical interviews, and drive the full recruitment lifecycle. A remote-friendly Pretoria role with growth potential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years' experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for developers, engineers, cloud architects, and data scientists.
• Strong understanding of programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure concepts.
• Excellent sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
• Proficient in conducting technical interviews and candidate assessment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Degree in CS/IT/HR or related field advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with clients to understand their technical staffing needs and specific role requirements.
• Source and attract candidates for roles including software development, IT infrastructure, data science, and cybersecurity.
• Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive and active candidates.

• Stay updated on IT trends to advise clients.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to share market insights.
