This role requires a solid grasp of technical jargon, strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance remote and in-office work while delivering results in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on technical/IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, programming languages, and tech stacks.
• Excellent sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche boards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in hybrid remote/office model in Klerksdorp/North West.
• Knowledge of the North West local tech talent landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
• Utilize technical sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specific programming languages, platforms, and technical skills.
• Screen candidates based on technical qualifications, experience, and project portfolios.
• Build and maintain relationships with technical candidates and clients in the Klerksdorp area.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and assess candidate suitability.
