Placements24 is seeking an IT Recruitment Consultant in Randburg, Gauteng, to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles. You will source, assess and place IT professionals, building strong relationships with clients and candidates in a fast-paced tech market.

The ideal candidate will have proven IT recruitment experience, excellent interviewing and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience as Recruitment Consultant with IT recruitment focus.
• Sourcing and placing candidates in software developers, network engineers, data analysts and cybersecurity roles.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry, technologies and terminology.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload.
• Degree or certification in IT or HR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from understanding client requirements to offer negotiation.
• Source high-caliber IT professionals using job boards, networks and direct headhunting.
• Screen candidates with technical assessments and in-depth interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with IT hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of IT market trends and technologies.
• Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and market insights.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience for IT professionals.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets for IT placements.
