You will shape sourcing approaches for software development, IT infra, data science, cybersecurity, and engineering; build strong client partnerships; and lead data-driven improvements while ensuring compliant, ethical recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, CS or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in recruitment, with 3+ years in tech recruitment and leadership.
• Proven success recruiting niche, high-demand technical roles.
• Strong understanding of various technology stacks and IT methodologies.
• Experience leading a recruitment team and mentoring peers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical recruitment specialists.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies for software, IT infra, data science, cybersecurity, and engineering roles.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their objectives.
• Drive adoption of best practices and data-driven approaches within the team.
• Monitor KPIs and analytics, and pursue process improvements.
