You will lead a team of recruiters, steward key accounts, and craft innovative strategies to attract top talent, while strengthening employer branding across client organizations.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in recruitment, including 2 years in leadership, and a strong track record delivering complex hiring mandates using digital tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in recruitment with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage complex recruitment projects and hiring mandates.
• Expertise in sourcing, engagement and assessment using digital tools.
• Strong employer branding understanding and application to TA.
• Strategic thinking, problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment activities across diverse client portfolios.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance recruitment team.
• Develop and implement TA strategies tailored to client needs.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
