Placements24 is recruiting an experienced Lead Recruitment Specialist to head its technology recruitment division in Stellenbosch. You will lead a team of recruiters, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and manage complex projects for high-profile clients in Stellenbosch and beyond.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technology recruitment, with leadership experience, and a deep understanding of SDLC, languages, and cloud tech.

Formación

• 5+ years in technology recruitment, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven sourcing and placing candidates in specialized tech roles.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, programming languages, and cloud tech.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment databases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of technology recruitment specialists.
• Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for critical technology roles.
• Build relationships with technology clients and understand their needs.
