Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 7+ years in recruitment with 3+ in leadership roles.
• Proven business development and client relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters toward high performance.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for key clients.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche roles.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with major clients.
• Drive new business by expanding client mandates.
• Provide market insights and strategic guidance to clients.
