Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruitment with at least 4 years in IT recruitment.
• Proven track record of placing senior-level technology roles.
• Deep knowledge of IT landscape, technologies, languages and trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex recruitment projects for high-demand IT roles (software development, cybersecurity, data science).
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive and active IT professionals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with major IT clients and provide market intelligence.
• Drive business development to expand IT recruitment portfolio.
• Mentor IT recruitment specialists and promote best practices.
