The role requires a strong leadership track record, deep IT market knowledge, and exceptional stakeholder management. You will lead a dynamic office in the Tembisa area with a focus on delivering top talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruitment consultancy with 3+ years in leadership/senior consultant role focusing on technology recruitment.
• Proven track record in executive search and identifying hard-to-find technical talent.
• Deep knowledge of IT landscape, programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrated success in leading, motivating, and developing a recruitment team.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technology recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet evolving client needs in technology.
• Manage and grow key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on talent strategies.
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle for complex tech roles, from sourcing to offers.
• Drive business development to expand the client base and secure new mandates.
• Conduct senior-level interviews and assessments ensuring high-quality evaluations.
• Analyze market data and recruitment trends to provide strategic insights.
• Refine recruitment processes and technologies to boost efficiency.
• Contribute to overall strategy and growth of the consultancy in technology vertical.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and ethical standards.
