Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive recruitment experience, with 3+ years in leadership or senior consultative roles.
• Proven success in managing large-scale recruitment projects and complex mandates.
• Expertise in executive search, headhunting, and diverse talent sourcing strategies.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align client objectives with recruitment plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of high-profile clients across sectors.
• Develop bespoke recruitment strategies aligned to client needs and market dynamics.
• Mentor and guide a team of recruitment professionals to a high-performance standard.
