Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience
• At least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity
• Specialized experience in technology recruitment
• Strong client relationship and recruitment solution delivery
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of technology recruitment consultants
• Develop and implement tech recruitment strategies (software, cybersecurity, data science)
• Oversee full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
• Drive business development and nurture new client opportunities in technology
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide strategic advisory
• Analyze recruitment data to optimize sourcing and selection processes
