Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Lead Recruitment Consultant focused on technology. This fully remote role lets you run a team of IT recruiters, oversee high-volume technical hiring, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract scarce tech talent across Durban and beyond.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years in IT recruitment with 2+ in leadership.
Proven ability to source for diverse tech stacks.
Strong knowledge of current IT market trends.
Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of IT recruitment consultants.
