Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to focus on the Tech & Digital sector in a fully remote South Africa role. You will connect innovative companies with top talent in software development, data science, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.

You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our specialist digital recruitment practice in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with tech/digital focus.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in software/data/digital roles.
• Strong understanding of tech landscape and digital trends.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place candidates for tech/digital roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with tech clients.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from brief to offer.
• Provide market insights to clients on hiring trends.
• Collaborate with remote recruitment team.
