Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with IT specialization.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in technical roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote interaction.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical IT roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from client brief to offer acceptance.
• Develop and maintain a network of technology professionals in the North West region.
• Understand client technical requirements and match candidates to roles.
