You will leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent, drive full-cycle recruitment, and stay ahead of IT trends to deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on technology.
• Strong ability to assess IT candidate qualifications.
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills using professional platforms.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles such as software engineers.
• Partner with tech clients to understand staffing needs and culture.
• Manage the full recruitment process from contact to offers and onboarding.

• Stay updated on IT trends to better serve clients and candidates.
