Placements24 in South Africa is seeking a driven Remote Recruitment Consultant with a focus on technology to join our fully remote team. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from client brief to candidate sourcing, screening, and offers, delivering top tech talent across various clients.

Ideal candidates bring proven tech recruitment experience, excellent communication, and a track record of successful placements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment consulting, especially in tech.
Demonstrated success sourcing and placing candidates for technical roles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for remote interactions.
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles across software, data science, and cybersecurity.
Source and engage top tech talent through multiple channels and direct outreach.
Conduct technical screenings and competency-based interviews to assess fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with technology clients and understand their hiring needs.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience to drive successful placements.
Stay updated with tech trends and talent acquisition best practices.
