Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the technology recruitment market.
• Source, vet, and manage a pipeline of high-quality technology candidates for diverse roles.
• Conduct detailed client needs analysis for technical positions and provide market insights.
• Facilitate the recruitment process from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
• Stay updated on technology trends and talent pools to advise clients effectively.
