Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant focused on technology to service the Pretoria market. You will source, screen, and interview candidates for software developers, engineers, and IT managers, build strong client relationships, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a remote-friendly environment.

You will stay ahead of tech trends, understand required tech stacks, and collaborate with colleagues to expand the firm's footprint in the high-demand IT sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience with Technology specialization.
• Strong knowledge of tech stacks, languages, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Gauteng tech landscape is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technology roles, including software developers, engineers, and IT management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the technology sector.
• Understand the technical requirements and cultural fit for each role.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies within the IT industry.
• Collaborate with the wider team to share market intelligence and best practices.
