Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in the technology sector.
• Proven success building and managing client relationships in recruitment.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and full lifecycle management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify technology professionals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various client vacancies.
• Conduct client consultations to understand hiring needs, culture and technical requirements.
• Build and nurture a network of technology candidates through channels and referrals.
• Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks and talent strategies.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for client requirements.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for successful hires.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and performance metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the CRM.
