Job summary

Placements24's client in Cape Town seeks a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead talent acquisition, build strong client relationships, and design recruitment solutions for technology clients in the Western Cape.

You will source, screen, interview, manage end-to-end processes, negotiate offers, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. A hybrid work model is available in Cape Town.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy.
• Proven success in placing candidates in the technology sector.
• Excellent understanding of the Western Cape job market.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and ATS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field advantageous.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using varied methods.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from contact to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Conduct market research to identify talent trends and opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed personal and team placement targets.
• Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members.
• Utilize CRM systems and recruitment databases to track pipelines and interactions.
• Represent the client professionally at industry events and networking functions in Cape Town.
