Placements24 is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Bloemfontein to drive business growth and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles. You will build strong client relationships, identify top-tier talent, and lead sourcing and assessment efforts in a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in recruitment, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering placements within the technology sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in technology recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of the Bloemfontein job market and local talent pool.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
• Proficient with recruitment software and ATS systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract candidates for technology roles.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and tailor recruitment solutions.
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks for fit.
• Manage offer process, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding.
• Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs; contribute to business growth.
• Stay informed on market trends and technologies to advise clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and drive performance.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
