Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a technology focus.
• Solid understanding of technology stacks and current IT hiring market.
• Excellent candidate engagement and interviewing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for technology roles (software, data, IT infra).
• Source candidates via search techniques, networks, and databases.
• Screen and interview candidates for technical skills and culture fit.
• Build relationships with tech leaders and hiring managers.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and candidate experience.
