Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, tech-focused.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities.
- Excellent networking within the tech community.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles including software developers, engineers, and IT managers.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
- Partner with clients to understand tech requirements, team dynamics, and culture.
- Manage offers, including negotiation and reference checks, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on technologies and market trends to provide expert client advice.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics in the ATS.
