Placements24 is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our Gauteng team in Tembisa. The role focuses on generating new leads, nurturing prospects, and setting qualified appointments for the field sales team, using phone, email and social media.

You will engage with local businesses, demonstrate the value of our tech solutions, maintain CRM records, and contribute to monthly targets. A proactive, communicative mindset and comfort with a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or lead generation is advantageous.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to potential clients in Tembisa and surrounding areas.
• Qualify inbound leads and follow up on marketing-generated leads to identify sales potential.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand prospective clients' challenges and how our client's solutions can address them.
• Schedule product demonstrations and introductory meetings for the external sales team.
• Educate potential customers on the features, benefits, and value proposition of our client's technology offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion rates.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments set.
