Placements24 is seeking a remote Sales Representative based in Benoni, Gauteng, to drive customer acquisition for our client. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere with reliable internet while collaborating with a nationwide sales team.

You will generate leads, conduct outbound calls, present solutions virtually, manage the sales funnel, and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas. A strong track record in sales and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (inside or tele-sales).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong remote-work discipline.
• Proficient with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce) and virtual meeting tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; knowledge of Gauteng market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and qualify potential customers via online and phone channels.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on inbound leads.
• Present and demonstrate products/services virtually.
