Placements24 in Benoni is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to generate new business and close deals for telecom solutions, including internet, voice, and cloud services. You will predominantly reach out by phone and email, build relationships, and contribute to revenue growth in Gauteng.

You will work in a hybrid setup, receive extensive product training, and have the opportunity to advance within the sales department.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or B2B sales, preferably in telecoms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers for telecoms solutions through outbound sales activities.
• Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Present and demonstrate value via phone and virtual meetings.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and sales collateral.
