• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including technical interviews and behavioral evaluations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our client's reputation as an employer of choice in the tech industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully recruiting for IT roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity analysts, network administrators).
• In-depth knowledge of the technology landscape and common IT skill sets.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other platforms.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is a plus.
