About the Role

This role is critical in sourcing and placing highly skilled IT professionals, from software developers and data scientists to cybersecurity experts and cloud engineers, for a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview IT professionals for a variety of technical roles across different industries.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully placing technical candidates.
• Solid understanding of various IT roles, programming languages, software development methodologies, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent sourcing skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking platforms.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills to effectively evaluate technical talent.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.
