Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a specialization in IT or technology roles. Proven ability to source and attract candidates for niche and in-demand technology positions. Strong understanding of current IT trends, technologies, and the competitive tech talent market. Excellent remote communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills. Proficiency with modern recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
