Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates, particularly within the IT and tech domains.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing and engagement to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across various client organizations.
• Utilize a range of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and candidate databases, to identify passive and active candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to clients regarding talent availability, salary benchmarks, and industry trends.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment consultancy or agency setting.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software developers, data scientists, cybersecurity analysts, cloud engineers).
• Strong understanding of the South African job market, particularly in Johannesburg .
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in South Africa .
