Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of remote work.
