Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Recruiter with remote work experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment in a remote setup.
• Proficiency with online recruitment tools and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates remotely using online platforms and social media.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive candidate engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and advise on market trends.
• Conduct candidate assessments, including virtual interviews and skills evaluations.
• Manage the offer process with clear communication and positive candidate experience.
• Utilize ATS for efficient recruitment workflow management.
