Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience managing recruitment for technical and leadership roles.
• Proficiency with modern sourcing tools and methodologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive and active job seekers.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective recruitment plans.
• Oversee the candidate selection process, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Maintain data integrity within the ATS and report on key recruitment metrics.
