You will design and implement recruitment strategies, mentor a distributed team, and partner with senior leadership to align hiring with business goals.

In this senior role, you will lead employer branding efforts, optimize candidate experience, and oversee end-to-end processes with a focus on compliance and data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive recruitment experience with leadership or specialist focus.
• Ability to design and execute recruitment strategies for diverse industries.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition tech and HRIS/ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies across all levels and departments.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of recruitment professionals.
• Develop and enhance the employer brand to attract qualified candidates.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process with focus on efficiency and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and report on KPIs.
