Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Remote Recruitment Consultant to join a fully remote team supporting national clients from South Africa. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, build strong client relationships virtually, and use advanced sourcing to attract top talent across industries.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in recruitment, strong remote communication and ATS proficiency, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to delivering results in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment consultancy experience, with remote work
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet performance benchmarks
• Excellent remote communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other digital recruitment platforms
• Self-motivated, proactive with a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for a varied client portfolio, from initial candidate identification to successful placement.
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships through effective virtual communication and engagement strategies.
• Employ advanced sourcing techniques to attract and secure high-caliber candidates across diverse industries.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews and reference verifications.
• Collaborate efficiently with remote colleagues and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and client satisfaction.
