Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across multiple business units from a remote location in South Africa. You will source, screen, and engage top talent while managing the full lifecycle and delivering a positive candidate experience.

The role requires a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple requisitions and collaborating with hiring managers to meet hiring goals and diversity objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably remote.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment marketing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define role requirements.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
