Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote HR Recruitment Specialist to join their fully remote team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse clients across sectors, sourcing and vetting candidates, and guiding offers.

This role combines autonomy with meaningful impact, allowing you to work from anywhere in South Africa. You will collaborate with clients to understand needs, craft job descriptions, and leverage multiple channels to identify top talent, while maintaining strong candidate

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, HR Generalist with a recruitment focus, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Excellent sourcing and interviewing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand HR and recruitment needs and company culture.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of positions, assessing skills, experience and fit.
• Develop compelling job descriptions and utilise sourcing channels including online platforms and networks.
• Manage candidate communication and experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely feedback.
• Conduct preliminary salary negotiations and manage the offer process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the ATS.
