Job summary

IZI South Africa is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive in Polokwane to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities for cash management products and services. You will build strong client relationships, prepare quotations and tenders, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular visits and performance tracking.

The role requires strong negotiation and presentation skills, 3–5 years in B2B sales, and a valid driver’s licence with own transport.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is essential; a tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is advantageous.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in security or financial services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit sales quotations, tenders, and proposals.
• Drive new business development and meetings with prospects.
• Maintain the sales system with quotes, leads, and prospects.
• Monitor top customers and schedule visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in health and safety plans and activities.
