Job summary

IZI South Africa seeks a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to drive sales growth in the Cape Town region. You will develop regional strategies, acquire high-value clients, and oversee negotiations, tenders, and quotations.

You will mentor Account Executives, monitor pipelines and calls, and ensure KPI alignment while coordinating with operations to sustain client relations and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 minimum education.
• Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• FICA accreditation is required/advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years in a high-level sales/accounts role.
• Proven leadership of sales teams and ability to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic regional sales plan to achieve growth targets, focusing on corporate/high-value accounts.
• Identify and secure new corporate and high-value customer accounts.
• Lead negotiations, tender prep, and quotation approvals for strategic opportunities.
• Manage customer retention and limit off-business processes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Account Executives and sales staff.
