Job summary

IZI South Africa is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Polokwane team. You will drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and promote our cash management and secure logistics solutions to corporate clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in B2B sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a valid driver's licence. Responsibilities include issuing quotes and tenders, client retention, and maintaining accurate sales data.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a B2B sales environment.
• Experience in security or financial services is advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to travel and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit sales quotations and tenders in line with business strategy and price lists.
• Develop new business, identify opportunities, meet prospects, and conduct site surveys for security solutions.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales call sheets and keep CRM updated with leads and prospects.
• Monitor relationships with top customers, schedule visits, and achieve retention KPIs.
• Participate in health and safety planning, attend forums, report incidents, and ensure policy compliance.
