Placements24 is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment from anywhere in South Africa, with focus on supporting operations near Rustenburg, North West. This fully remote role requires expertise in modern sourcing strategies and candidate experience across departments.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, assessments, and ATS management, ensuring data accuracy and a proactive candidate journey in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant.
• Experience with remote work.
• Knowledge of sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks).
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR tech platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for assigned roles in a fully remote capacity.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and ensure data accuracy.
• Foster positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
